Olympiacos was defeated by Perfumerias Avenida (72-48) in the last Euroleague game for its first year at the top European club competition. The “Reds’’ were close to the score in the first period but were bad offensively and went back with 39-31 in the first half. Perfumerias Avenida pressed on the defense and got the seventh victory in the tournament. Olympiacos completed its European journey with two wins.

Giorgos Pantelakis stated: "We knew that the new coach of Perfumerias Avenida has changed the tactics making it more aggressive on the defense. We were prepared for this but we lost our concentration and didn’t have a good performance in our last Euroleague game’’.
Aggeliki Nikolopoulou mentioned: "We didn’t play well in our last game in Euroleague but tried to play a good defense in all the games of the competition. We just keep that we are a new team and satisfied with our presence’’.
