Olympiacos promotes sports for People with Mental Disabilities!

An excellent event was organized by Olympiacos at the Martial Arts facilities on the Stadium "G. Karaiskakis» on Thursday 14 November. The action "Tae Kwon Do for People with Disabilities" was carried out in cooperation with the International Tae Kwon Do Federation for People with Disabilities and under the auspices of the Municipality of Piraeus, the Unesco, the Xinis Educational Group and the sport management company C.J.T.

Olympiacos promotes the exchange and mobility in sport!

The first meeting of the project “Multisport Academy” in the framework of European Week of Sport was held in Rome with great interest. An eight-member Olympiacos delegation attended the meetings organized by the coordinator Lazio in the Italian capital from 23 September to 27 September.

Olympiacos participates in the “Multisport Academy” meeting!

Olympiacos delegation has been in Rome since Monday morning in the view of the “Multisport Academy” meeting. The clubs’ representatives will be hosted at the Lazio facilities to know more about the working environment of the Italian club and the general Italian sport system. The five-day meeting held in the Italian Capital is the first of the four ones that will take place during the project and Olympiacos is prepared to show its leadership role in the initiatives of the European Commission and the European Multisport Club Association.

The Handball player, Angelos Tsilis, supports the initiative "Sports For Different Heroes" in order to promote sport to people with intellectual disabilities.

Olympiacos organizes the charitable campaign «Don’t stop helping»!

Olympiacos continues the charitable campaign ‘’Don’t stop helping’’ which has been implemented for five years, supporting vulnerable social groups and collecting goods in the coming weekend (20-21/4) in order to offer them to charitable foundations at Easter. The collection of goods will take place in the Olympiacos emblematic first offices held at Marina Zea and at the ‘’M.Merkouri’’ sporting hall. Olympiacos encourages the fans to contribute to the club great effort and help vulnerable social groups.

Olympiacos organized a sport event for people with mental disabilities!

Olympiacos proved its social profile again organizing the event "Sports and People with Mental Retardation" at the ‘’Melina Merkouri’’ sporting hall. The event was held within the framework of the European project "Sports For Different Heroes" co-funded by the European Union, in which our club participates and leads focusing on the social integration of people with mental disabilities. The event organized in cooperation with the ‘’M. Kokkori’’ Institution, the Municipality of Piraeus, the O.P.A.N.

Olympiacos organizes the action “Sports and People with Mental Disabilities’’

Olympiacos organizes the sport event "Sports and People with Mental Retardation" on Wednesday 10 April (17:00). The event is one of the actions included in the European project “Sports For Different Heroes’’ in which our club participates and leads. This action will take place at the Rentis sporting hall ‘’Melina Merkouri’’ and includes sport activities for people with mental disabilities hosted at the ‘’M. Kokkori’’ Institution with the participation of the club's Volleyball and Handball Academies.
