Statements

The Head coach Thodoris Vlachos stated at olympiacossfp.gr: "When the game started, we believed that we could win it. We controlled the rhythm but Jug led with two goals at the beginning of the fourth quarter. But we really reacted as a top team. The game was a derby and the draw is a fair result for both teams. Jus is a very strong opponent and it isn’t easy to win. We need to increase the duration of the good performance in the game and be more focused. The next game is very important. Qualification is not an easy issue. Jug will be in the top three teams surely and we will fight against Verona, Szolnoki and Mladost. We have to be very careful and try to qualify to the final-8’’.

Buslje mentioned: “We started very well but we had a bad performance in the third quarter. We didn’t play well and the opponent scored two goals. We reacted and showed our quality as a team. We will continue to be concentrated to qualify to the final-8’’.
